One should keep sometime every day for his or her personal inner introspection , opinion about own self progress. Please spend more time with yourself to progress in your inner journey. Once you will reach your inner destination.

We all want to be in touch with people whom we know and also want to connect with new people. This is our nature which we call socialising.

On world wide web we can reach out to any person whom we wish to connect just by making few connection like on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram. These all platforms help you reach your required audience or business links or catch up with old or new friends.

Similarly in the Nature also their is a way or a frequency on which once one is established then their is no need to connect with anyone. One just have to think and all connections to make that thing happens.

Once that connection with the Nature is made then one merge into nothingness (other than what we touch, see or feel).

Let’s take our senses, body, mind , intellect, emotions, life energy as members of the board and Mr. SELF as managing director of the board.

When mind start throwing thoughts, ideas just tell Mr. Mind to stop wait. Use Mr. Intellect who is the second most powerful person after Mr. SELF , so use him with full authority over Mr. Mind.

Use catche memory of Mr. Intellect to break the unity of Mr. Mind, Mr. Body , Mr. Emotions, Mr. Senses. Establish authority of Mr. Intellect to overpower them .

This effort will create more room for Mr Self.

As Mr. Self gains more ground his authority increases during waking time this leads to full control on all board members at the time of death. Mr SELF continue to live in the same way even after death.

This is the End Game.

Longing to know our true nature comes from heart . Once it overpower mind and intellect then it will be the end of human journey .

Human will progress at its highest pace once it is established in the heart that is SELF. It can be done through Devotion or Knowledge.

Heartless person who is intelligent will never succeed in his progress as human, he will gain in materialistic world but at the end he will suffer.

Individual who inspire to reach his inner self is on higher level of his evolution then others.

Whatever one does is not his doing ,its cause and effect law that creates actions .

Causes are of three types – mental , verbal and physical action. As one think or say or do it creates a cause , this cause gives effect in present time or in the future but for sure effect will come.

Now the next important point all causes are done by this body mind complex and actually one is only witness of these causes and effects.

Once one is established in the SELF then one is free from this cycle. Then things happen around him not in compulsive mode but awareness mode.

One becomes seeker who is aware of his imperfection.

Seeking comes when one understand that what is happening all around him is being repeated over and over by forefathers. Once that inner calling comes , you try to break the chain of monotony.

Actually what is happening around you in this material world is nothing but a game of cause and effect. You create an impression that impression create an effect.

Once this imperfection is understood then one is aware of all his actions(physical, mental, verbal) in this world.

Full control over body, mind, emotions, senses can be achieved.

So many times people question about if SELF is everything then how all this physical world exist in front of us.

Main reason is of our collective menifestation which leads to this world around us, all electrons and protons are forming this our world because of our evolution we are thinking in this direction. For example – we all humans wish to have a flying car so in the near future it will be there.

It’s our collective vision in all fields that creates an object of our choice.

Real collective menifestation should be on SELF then we don’t have to invent or discover anything but actually our frequency will match with the nature .

This results in driving the evolution in the same direction as required by the Supreme Self.

Our evolution is to spread knowledge of the SELF from this earth to the whole cosmos.

Like us there are so many planets inhabited by life forms who are also just enjoying pleasures of material world.

3000 years earlier we used to travel in whole of our known and unknown universe through out of body experiences . Then due to changes of Yug we forgot everything.

Now with the use of space shuttles we will explore our galaxy . This evolution is because of our purpose to promote SELF knowledge through Realisation. In sat yug SELF knowledge will be shared physically with other worlds.

All this will take many centuries in the future.

Increase your Self presence to such a level that nature see you ,feel you and help you in existing in this material world.

It’s only self which exist in which matter function , so when your raised self touch and merge with the self outside your body then this whole universe matter becomes your body.

You explode just like big bang and your self expand till infinity ,then no connection is left to be connected. You are everything whether in physical or subtle or gross or either world.

Through subtle intelligence one can transform his intellect to see his SELF in its true nature.

Once an experience of SELF nature is observed even for few seconds then the path of liberation is carved.

As an experience holder now one has to contemplate . This leads to establishment in the SELF .

As SELF is been touched again and again it transcend body mind complex.

One start getting liberated from all his compulsions , compulsive behaviours, habits , tendencies.

This is Liberation… Freedom.
