Definition of Miserable

If anything in this world makes us happy or sad – anything means any situation, friendship, attachment to materialistic things or status then this means that the pair of opposites effect your inner world. Then a person will surely feel miserable.
Such percentage of population is huge.What we have to do is to perform every task in this world without attachment , just perform as it is a duty given to you by your Boss. Always act as an Agent of someone who is running this world’s affairs.

Use your decision making potential in all situations but just for split second before you take any decision think of being an Agent of this cosmos maker .

This will drastically reduce your decision-making attachment , you will make all decisions staying in a neutral zone.

Try this for a day you will see and experience your changing perspective and also by the end of the day you will feel more relaxed than before.

Bring vacation time to your home every day .

All of us aspire for some Vacation time , as you come near to your vacation/free time you feel a different kind of happiness. The day you sit in a plane or in your car you’ll all together be in a different free mood , totally relaxed. And this is because your intellect has prepared your mindset and body to leave your daily routine and worries behind . You have asserted yourself to relax for some days free from your mobile phones ,business, job and other responsibilities.

Now if the same assertion is used by us in our every day life for an hour in the morning or evening and feel the breeze in the air touching you , see the nature around you , see the sunset or sun rays falling on the leaf , see all around you in open space with a totally new perspective ,then the whole monotony will fall. While being on holiday you see everything around you in the present moment and if the same thing is repeated in your every day life for even one hour it’ll make a really big difference and help you relax your body and mind.

Ultimate goal

To live in this world we have to constantly compete whether it is at work , society, school, college . Thinking becomes an integral part to strive for success. It’s with the help of intellect that we can dissect the thought and come to a conclusion.

This process of dissection continues for a thousand time in our whole waking day . All these decisions will make our breath and heart beat fluctuate and in fact we all use different emotions with these fluctuations.

If I say that you have an alternative side as well which is always at an equilibrium, always serene at peace . Once this state becomes your second nature , then we can say you have reached your life’s ultimate goal.

Everything is in voidness

As we vertically uplift ourselves from the senses , then body , then mind and finally above the intellect we reach the ultimate void state , this state is our true self nature. Totally free from tendencies, attributes, attachments and identifications.

This void state , blank state gives you everything, this state is what science calls subconscious, super conscious state. Once you have achieved this equipoise , you have achieved your life goal.

After this you can do whatever you want, but yes this state will change your Karma’s forever.

Reflected SELF

What we are in this world is a reflection of our pure self , we reflect in the form of an EGO which has its own set of attributes and tendencies. This ego as it grows with age from childhood to adulthood select DESIRES as per its tendencies. With desires, THOUGHTS are born . With thoughts of attachments comes pair of EMOTIONS.

Good thing is we can reverse this whole process with the help of INTELLECT. We can go back to our pure self nature.

In this way we can keep a balance between Pure Self and Reflected Self.

Guru Purnima

I like thanks all my Gurus in helping me uplift my intellect to that level where I can understand and experience my true self. In this journey of life when ever I required assistance during my introspection or contemplation a new Guru came in to picture , who assisted me towards the highest goal of humanity. Closest SELF state every day experienced.

When we sit relaxed in our comfortable chair and close our eye after a long day what we try to do is to calm us down from all the thoughts of the day when these thoughts reduces we start feeling sleepy or you can say we are having very few thoughts floating around in our mind this makes our muscles start getting loose , our mind is at the minimum energy consumption mode and this starts our body rejuvenation process , our senses became dull – this state just before we enter sleep is the closest to our SELF state. If we maintain this state in awareness and stay in it for long you will reach a door way to self. It happens only through practice.

Life Experience

Meditation helped me in becoming a guest lecturer at IIM Ahmedabad , that experience of one and a half year was amazing in bringing out my inner quality of compiling – whole syllabus of IIMA was compressed in to a one hour lecture . Bullet points with full depth of the topics made me experience my own skill of compiling. Same compilation of all Indian scriptures is done here , to form best possible meditation techniques.
