When the sadhaka exerts himself fully by his sadhana and higher processes of meditation; he is assisted on his way. The forces of sadhana and vidya succeed in carrying him onward to his destination. If there is the dark empire of maya on the one bank, the sadhaka gets a new light the moment he is full of devotion. If in crossing over to the other side the sadhaka has to face the river of moha and its fearful whirlpools, the mother faith is also there to protect her dear sons. It is possible to transcend maya. If there is noble sadhana and the purpose is constantly brought to mind, faith turns out to be ferry for the sadhaka and he, crossing over to the other side of the river of attachment without fear, is able to attain Brahman.
